The European Journal of Endocrinology Prize is awarded to a candidate who has contributed significantly to the advancement of the knowledge in the field of endocrinology through publication. The prize was presented as part of the annual European Congress of Endocrinology (ECE 2016) opening ceremony on 28th May 2016 where Professor Carroll delivered his European Journal Prize Lecture: Understanding oestrogen receptor activity in breast cancer.
