Included are binding co-ordinates for various genomic datasets from some of the lab publications. All co-ordinates are Hg18 (March 2006) version of the human genome.

This manuscript includes ER ChIP-seq data from MCF-7, T47-D and ZR75-1 breast cancer cells, plus FoxA1 ChIP-seq data from MCF-7, T47-D  and ZR75-1 cells. Also included in ER ChIP-seq in a Tam-R (tamoxifen resistant) MCF-7 derivative. In Tam-R cells, ER ChIP-seq was conducted under hormone-deprived conditions and treated with vehicle or tamoxifen. FAIRE data (nucleosome depleted regions) is provided. FAIRE was    conducted in hormone deprived MCF-7 cells, transfected with siControl or siFoxA1 and treated with vehicle or estrogen.

This paper describes the binding patterns of ER in tumours of varying clinical outcome. The following data files provide the binding loci that are associated with poor and good outcomes, and those which are conserved in both cases.
